This policy covers this marketing website only. The A11y Audit platform — where you create an account, run scans, and manage your work — is hosted at portal.a11yaudit.app and is governed by its own privacy policy, which you agree to when you sign up.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided), your website (if provided), and the message you enter. If UTM attribution parameters are present in the page URL at the time of submission (for example, from a link you followed), those are also included. This information is transmitted via Web3Forms to our business email address and stored in our internal records.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region.
