Contact and scan requests

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided), the website you’d like audited (if provided), and the message you enter. If UTM attribution parameters are present in the page URL at the time of submission (for example, from a link you followed), those are also included. This information is transmitted via Web3Forms to our business email address and stored in our internal records.

Websites you scan

When you ask us to scan a site, we access the publicly available pages of the website you provide to run accessibility checks against WCAG. We use what we find only to show you your results — we don’t share it with anyone else or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. It uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How We Use Your Information
